    We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Operations & Sales. This role requires a strong understanding of HR operations and sales processes. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and sales. The job is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The employment type includes Full-Time, Contract, Contract-To-Hire, Hybrid, Freelance, and Remote options.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations and sales
    • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding processes
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all HR activities
    • Handle sales coordination and support activities, including lead generation, client communication, and contract management
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities
    • Assist in creating and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals
    • Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and sales records in the HR and sales databases
    • Provide timely and professional HR and sales support to internal stakeholders
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR and sales events, trainings, and workshops
