- Employee lifecycle management - from onboarding to exit
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new joiners
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide timely assistance and support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate HR records
- Manage monthly payroll processes with accuracy and ensure timely compliances (PF/ESI/PT/TDS) & filings
- Contribute to the development of employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and talent development programs
- Manage daily HR operations including attendance tracking, executive assistant tasks, office administrative tasks like office rent payments, general purchase, IT asset inventory, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to align HR initiatives with company values and culture.
