    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Client as an Admin Officer. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes coordinating office activities, managing calendars, and handling communication with clients and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position based in Bhiwani (Haryana) with a competitive salary range.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for management and staff
    • Handle communication with clients, employees, and external partners
    • Organize and maintain files and records
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
    • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as an administrative officer or similar role
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
