    Senior Oracle Cloud Financials FUNCTIONAL Consultant Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Oracle Cloud Financials FUNCTIONAL Consultant to join our team at vdart-software-services.

    About the Role

    This is a senior client-facing independent delivery role that requires at least 10+ years of experience in Oracle Finance and 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial applications, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and other modules.
    • Analyze business requirements and design solutions to optimize financial processes in Oracle Cloud.
    • Configure and customize Oracle Financial Cloud modules to meet client requirements.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes, provide guidance, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Translate client requirements into technical specifications for Oracle Cloud configuration and reporting.
    • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
    • Support integration of Oracle Financial Cloud with other enterprise systems (ERP, HR, etc.).
    • Ensure successful data migration and ensure that financial data is accurately transferred into the new system.
    • Participate in testing (UAT, system integration, performance) to ensure quality delivery.
    • Work with business users to document current-state financial processes and suggest improvements using Oracle Cloud solutions.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for financial reporting, compliance, and financial data management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle Financial Cloud (Fusion Financials) implementation or consulting.
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
    • Experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and month-end closing processes in Oracle Cloud.
    • Proven track record of working with clients to configure and optimize Oracle Financial Cloud.

    Working Conditions

    This is a long-term contract position that requires immediate joiners. The duration of the contract is from February 3, 2025, to July 31, 2025, with an option to extend.

    The ideal candidate will be required to work for 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with a preference for Hyderabad and secondary locations in Bangalore and Pune.
