- Bachelors degree in Education Design Engineering or related field;masters degreepreferred.
- Previous experience facilitating design thinking workshops orprojects preferably in an IB or international schoolsetting.
- Strong understanding of design thinking principles processes andmethodologies and their application in educationalcontexts.
- Knowledge of the IB PYP and MYP frameworks and approaches toinquirybased learning interdisciplinary teaching andinternationalmindedness.
- Excellent communication collaboration and facilitation skills withthe ability to inspire and empower students to think creatively andsolve complexproblems.
