    Job Description

    We are looking for a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow UI/UX and Portal Interface Designer to join our team and contribute to the seamless design and functionality of our ServiceNow platform.

    As a ServiceNow UI/UX and Portal Interface Designer, you will be a key player in designing and refining the user interface and experience for our ServiceNow applications and portal. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement of our user-centric design approach, ensuring a superior experience for our clients.

    Essential job duties:

    Overall 6 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Min 3 years' experience in ServiceNow portal application.

    UI/UX Design: Develop prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for ServiceNow applications, focusing on creating an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.

    ServiceNow Portal Interface Design: Lead the design and optimization of the ServiceNow portal interface, emphasizing user engagement and satisfaction.

    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement and maintain a consistent design language across various ServiceNow modules.

    User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to iterate on designs and enhance overall usability.

    Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design patterns, and user personas.

    Accessibility: Implement accessibility best practices to ensure ServiceNow applications comply with relevant standards.

    Creating and implementing complex pages

    Creating and implementing custom widgets

    Implementing designer-provided user interfaces

    Matching the UI from designs on various pages of a portal

    Resolving UI performance bottlenecks

    Resolving complex widget defects

    Writing ATF tests

    Analyzing usage statistics

    Ensuring custom widgets and pages are ready for upgrade.

    Educational Qualifications and Other Requirements:

    A degree holder in business or computer science or equivalent experience.

    Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.

    Strong portfolio showcasing ServiceNow UI/UX and Portal Interface design projects.

    Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and ServiceNow Studio.

    Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus for effective collaboration with development teams.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
