    Job Requirement

    • have experience in Payroll Processing (preferably UK payroll)
    • have end to end experience in processing salary changes and various life cycle of employee pay component.
    • knowledge of statutory compliances of UK payroll
    • know how to calculate Tax, NI , Pensions
    • be familiar with year start/Year end activities of UK payroll
    • be able to reconcile P11D, Pensions, P60.
    • have experience in handling voice and email query of client/Customer

    Technical Skills

    • communication skills
    • working experience in SAP
    • working experience in MS office – Excel, Word, PPT
    • to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner

    Ability to read comprehend and responds to emails

    Job Description

    • be responsible in processing various payroll inputs from starter to leaver
    • be responsible in doing payroll checks along with other team members.
    • be responsible for processing various requests in relation to pension, leaves and taxes.
    • be handling queries email and voice for employees.
    • be responsible in producing various payroll reports for various stakeholders.
    • be required to take active role in year Start/End activities as well as UAT/UVT as per requirement
    • be responsible in providing training to new joiners in UK Payroll
    • be responsible in Auditing cases processed by the team
    • play an active role in managing the team
    • guide the team in resolving various complex queries
    • be a team player and flexible ensuring that SLA/KPI are met
