    Description

    The Training and Documentation Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our customers and creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation for Pillir's Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of our platform, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create educational materials that cater to various learning styles. Key responsibility is to drive customer adoption and engagement with the platform that includes below activities but not limited to:

    Training Development and Delivery:

    • Develop and conduct engaging training programs for customers on how to effectively use Pillir's platform, adapting content for different skill levels.
    • Create training schedules, conduct live training sessions (both virtual and in-person), and develop on-demand training materials such as videos and tutorials.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and materials, incorporating feedback to improve future training.

    Documentation:

    • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for Pillir's Platform, including user guides, FAQs, and best practice manuals.
    • Ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly, providing step-by-step instructions where necessary.
    • Work closely with product teams to stay updated on new features and updates, ensuring that all documentation reflects the most current information.

    Customer Support:

    • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any questions or issues that arise related to learning the Platform and understanding documentation.
    • Gather user feedback on documentation and training to identify areas for improvement and ensure user satisfaction.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and customer success teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in training and documentation.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that training and documentation align with business goals and user needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent with an emphasis in software development
    • Proven experience in technical training and documentation, in a software or technology environment.
    • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to quickly learn and master new software and technologies.
