Retention s Attrition ControlMonitor overall and early-tenure attrition trends and implement targeted retention interventions.
Partner with business leaders to identify risk areas and build proactive retention plans.
Ensure sustained focus on reducing Hi-Po and Hi-Performer attrition.
- Data tracking and reporting on attrition, engagement, and HR metrics
