- Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, workflows, and rules
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts

- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
