    Parent relations

    Parent Engagement:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
    -Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication, including emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.-Plan, organize and facilitate parent workshops, orientation sessions, and events to promotecollaboration, involvement, and support for the school's initiatives in coordination with the HOD admissions
    • Share relevant reports on parent connect done per day and the resolutions offered along with TAT taken to provide the resolution.

    Parent Communication:

    • Coordinate the creation and dissemination of announcements, and other communications to keep parents informed about whole school updates or any other relevant and important information, post seeking relevant approvals internally.
    -Gather parent feedback through surveys (Once annually and post all events) and share relevant data with SLT members from time to time.-Collection of google reviews from time to time from existing Parents for better visibility of the school online.

    Social Media Marketing

    Content Creation:

    Plan and develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms (in coordination with the designing team and HOD admissions) including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to showcase the school's programs, achievements, and culture.

    Actively monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with current and prospective parents and community members and suggest relevant ideas to the team.

    Coordinate with Academic team for Timely submission of blogs as per the calendar shared by central teamFoster a sense of community and belonging by facilitating online discussions, contests, and interactive activities that encourage participation and interaction post approval from SLT.


    Analytics and Reporting:

    Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

    Generate reports and insights on social media performance, audience demographics, and trends toinform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or related field.
    Prior experience in parent relations, customer service, social media marketing, or digitalcommunications, preferably in an educational setting.
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with parents and stakeholders.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling content for social media platforms.

    Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platformsAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
