    Job Summary:

    As a Marketing Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM) for VMC, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and services to schools, colleges, and educational institutions. You will be a key player in expanding our market reach and increasing our revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote VMC's services to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

    Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs and preferences.

    Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce VMC's services and programs, and promote the benefits of our coaching and guidance.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as principals, directors, and other institutional leaders.

    Attend educational conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to represent VMC and create brand awareness.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital marketing materials.

    Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, including customer visits, meetings, and feedback.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

    Minimum 1 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the education industry.

    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful business relationships.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.

    Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

    Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

    Salary - Upto 5 LPA
