Job Overview

Trident Dispatch is seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchase of goods and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of purchase management principles and practices
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy of pricing and specifications
• Review and analyze supplier performance to optimize supplier base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support with purchasing needs
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels
• Handle cash management related to purchasing activities
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities
