    KeyResponsibilities:
    1.MarketResearch:
    • Conductmarket research to identify new opportunities and stay updated onindustrytrends.

    2.OutboundCalls:
    • Initiateoutbound calls
    • Engage in effective andpersuasive communication to highlight the value proposition of oureducationalmaterials.

    3.SalesConversion:
    • Worktowards achieving and exceeding sales targetsthrough effective telephonicselling.
    • Employ consultativeselling techniques to understand customer needs andrecommend suitableproducts.

    4.RelationshipBuilding:
    • Buildand maintain strong longlasting relationships withcustomers through regular followups and personalizedcommunication.
    • Address customer inquiries andconcerns providing timely and accurateinformation.

    5.ProductKnowledge:
    • Develop adeep understanding of product offerings and be able to effectivelycommunicate their features and benefits tocustomers.

    6.Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurateand uptodate records of all interactions with customers in thecompanys CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports onsales performance activities andchallenges.

    Qualificationsand Skills:1.Provenexperience in tele marketing and sales conversion preferably in theeducation sector.2. Excellent communicationskills with a clear and persuasive speakingvoice.3. Strong interpersonal skills and theability to build rapport with customers.4.Resultsdriven and able to meet and exceed salestargets.5. Knowledge of educational productsand the publishing industry is a plus.6.Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency inMicrosoft OfficeSuite.
