This role involves supervising spa staff, managing schedules, coordinating treatments, maintaining facility standards, and creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for guests. • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in spa management, hospitality, or a related field with minimum5yearsofexperience in Spa/Wellness as therapist is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and industry trends.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage schedules, appointments, and operational tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using spa management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Business acumen and ability to contribute to sales and revenue generation.
