PGT Teacher with BA Tamil Lit / MA Tamil Lit.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing lesson plans on daily and long term basis based on the curriculum.
• Teaching of subjects which covers entire syllabus.
• Developing creative learning techniques across the class environment.
• To have knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for creative teaching.
• Developing childrens interest, abilities and coordination using a variety activities including art, sport and activities.
• Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.
• Monitoring the students behavior throughout the day including break hours.
• Assessing and evaluating students academic status.
• Discussing the students progress with parents and management as necessary.
• Organizing and supervising the class room activities.
