    Job Description:

    We're seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, developing HR policies and procedures, and supporting our employees throughout their journey with Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

    Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the company culture. Manage the offboarding process with professionalism and empathy, conducting exit interviews to gather feedback.

    Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee engagement.

    HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve our HR processes.

    Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.

    Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop professional development programs. Coordinate internal and external training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

    HR Administration: Manage HR-related documentation, including employee contracts, personnel files, and performance evaluations. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems and Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or tech company.

    - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.

    - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

    - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a Competitive salary package.
