- Research and identify new business opportunities in existing markets as well explore new markets.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
- Create personalized pitch decks for pitching new clients.
- Develop short, mid & long term strategies for the clients with respect to their brand an business through extensive research of their industry & competitors.
- Sell digital marketing & branding services such as social media management, performance marketing, content development, SEO, ORM, logo & brand development, etc.
- Meet Monthly/quarterly/annual targets for business development and carry out sales forecasts and analysis to increase business volume of the agency.
- Arrange brainstorming sessions with internal teams, & connect with external partners to meet client's requirements on need basis.
- Conduct constant market research and stay updated about the industry & competition.
- Creative thinking and analytical problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Strong client-service orientation.
- Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi- task, and work within tight deadlines.
- Sound business acumen; strategic skills.
- Proficient with MS-Office. Good with creating and delivering presentations.

- Prior experience with Digital Agency preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and relevant domains.
