Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities in existing markets as well explore new markets.
• Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
• Create personalized pitch decks for pitching new clients.
• Develop short, mid & long term strategies for the clients with respect to their brand an business through extensive research of their industry & competitors.
• Sell digital marketing & branding services such as social media management, performance marketing, content development, SEO, ORM, logo & brand development, etc.
• Meet Monthly/quarterly/annual targets for business development and carry out sales forecasts and analysis to increase business volume of the agency.
• Arrange brainstorming sessions with internal teams, & connect with external partners to meet client's requirements on need basis.
• Conduct constant market research and stay updated about the industry & competition.

• Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi- task, and work within tight deadlines.
• Sound business acumen; strategic skills.
• Proficient with MS-Office. Good with creating and delivering presentations.

• Result-oriented.
• Prior experience with Digital Agency preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and relevant domains.
• Research aptitude and an eye for details.
