    Description

    Position DRE interiors trims (Junior) – 3 positions.

  • Bachelors Degree/automobile/ production/ polymer engineering with prior plastic part design experience of minimum 2 - 5 years in CAD Software's (CATIA & UG ).
  • Automotive industry background
  • Prior plastic part design & development experience & tooling knowledge of minimum 2-4 years in relevant engineering domains (interiors, acoustics .
  • Result-oriented team player with strong communication skills in English and or any other foreign language.
  • Hands on experience on Mechatronics components.. Outside Rearview Mirror, Power Hatch/ Liftgate, Exterior Handles / Latches
  • Knowledge of Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVPR), and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
  • Work with other functions Design / Releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.
  • Should have knowledge of regulatory requirements for the development.
  • Basic knowledge of PLM and CAD software.
  • Execute design for manufacturing process and coordinate assembly process with manufacturing engineering.
  • Work with other functions Design / Releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.
  • Design Release objectives for their components with respect to cost, weight, performance, quality, timing, manufacturing etc.,
  • Thorough experience in Part design & development in required domain,
  • Problem solving techniques.
