    We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients, analyze campaign performance, and drive measurable results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Planning & Execution:
      • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads.
      • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
      • Create compelling ad copy using AI tools and other relevant platforms.
      • Set up and manage campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, and ad scheduling.
      • A/B test different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.
    • Client Communication & Reporting:
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
      • Gather client briefs and translate them into effective paid advertising strategies.
      • Monitor campaign performance closely and provide regular reports to clients, including key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
      • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
    • Stay Updated:
      • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
      • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving platform algorithms and industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
    • Proven experience working with e-commerce brands.
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
    • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and campaign optimization is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
