Role DescriptionWe are looking at someone who can really grow and nurture the designers at our studio and scale the business.

I am looking for someone who will not only lead the entire review process but also set clear targets for each team and person and ensure those targets are being met.

I would also want someone who will know how to best nurture and grow the skill sets of my current employees and make sure they are performing at their best capacity.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Specialist.

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures, managing employee relations, conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing support in areas such as performance management, training and development, and HR administration.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldOrganisational Development specialisation is preferredClear review systems for the organisation and employees to be implementedPrevious experience in a similar HR role where you have scaled up a small company to a larger oneStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationProficiency in HR software and MS OfficeAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and in a team environment
