Urgently Area Manager - Banking Channel In Leading Life Insurance Company - Mumbai

Designation: Area Manager - Banking Channel(Bancassurance)

Location: Mumbai

Ctc - 12 Lacs to 14 Lacs

Experience Required: Years of experience in Life Insurance Company

Candidate must be working in Bancassurance Channel / Agency Channel / Broking Channel in Life Insurance Company

Job Purpose:

To manage relationship and achieve business objectives for the area through channel partners sales team and/or distribution network

Responsibilities

1. To manage& support the Team for B2B or B2C Lobs

2. To ensure month on month business nos. are achieved as per target set for B2B or B2C;

3. Coordination with the partner team at local level

4. Weekly sales management

5. Guide the team for achieving the business objectives

6. To ensure training support is provided by training teams to the Channel partners and employees at local level

7. To plan for recruitment and hire people as per requirement of the location

8. To adhere and ensure adherence to the Organizational practices & processes
