• OutlookMail configuration and troubleshooting. (POP IMAP and0365)
  
• Troubleshootissues related to Windows Software Printers and Imagingdevices.
  
• Installationand maintenance ofHardware
  
• Resolvingusers queries over Phone mails helpdesketc.
  
• Networklevel problems Internet connection troubleshooting innetwork.
  
• Coordinatewith various service providers. (Email InternetCCTV)
  

Requirements

• Shouldhave good knowledge about hardware and networking
  
• Installation& Service Technical Support Server &Networking
  
• Settingup and configuring new laptops anddesktops
  
• Installauthorized software to laptops anddesktops
  
• Basicknowledge of Windows server Anti Virus andFirewall.
  
• Verygood Understanding of Computer Hardware and troubleshooting ofLaptop/Desktop Network ConnectivityCCTV.
  
• Experiencewith Routers switches and securitydevices
  
• Idealcandidate should have good experience in Windows Linux Installationsoftware installation andtroubleshooting
  
• GoodExperience in managingFirewalls.
  
• TroubleshootingPrinters.
  
• IPAddressing & Subnetting.
  
• WANMPLS Internet LeaseLines.
  
• Troubleshootingto resolve network relatedissues.
  
• MCSECCNA or other certificate will be addedadvantage.
  
• Experiencein formatting PC &troubleshooting.
