    Job Description

    The person of Distribution Sales will be responsible for Implementing the overall strategic sales plan, targets and tools to monitor Sales achievements. The person would also be responsible for the following activities:

  • Overall responsible for revenue through multiple Distribution & Retail channels in Respective States of India assigned to him
  • Identifying and building strategic partnerships that can help in incremental growth with strong focus on margin
  • Build strong relationship with all General Trade Distributors and ensure strong Retail presence of Electro-Voice & Dynacord Distribution SKU's
  • Sourcing SKUs strategically and distributing across channels.
  • Maximize Bosch BT Communication revenue, growth and visibility
  • Participate in developing and updating Electro-Voice & Dynacord product choices for respective channels.
  • Should keep him self-updated with market and competition landscape.
  • Take complete ownership of service and replacements across channels and work with the support team towards minimizing the same.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing team to ensure all Retail channels get required marketing support to sell Electro-Voice & Dynacord products. (Loud & Clear & Road Show)
  • Manage Channel relationships and keep the Channel partners updated on the product portfolio by regular product orientation and training programs.
  • Ensuring consistent growth in market penetration & Brand visibility across the region.
  • Maintain Monthly reports of Distributors Purchase & Sales for internal sales analysis.
  • Effectively tap the Untapped Sectors – market development.
  • Candidate should have experience in Product Planning and Analytics
  • Distribution & Retail Experience Direct or Agency.
  • Coordination with Marketing team for online, offline, mobile, social, TV, radio, newspaper, leaflets - all media.
  • Administration Requirement

  • Maintain opportunity funnel on CRM and update them on regular basis.
  • Travel Extensively in the territory assigned for business opportunity and Increasing footprint.
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Product Knowledge

  • Prior Experience in Promoting & Selling Pro Audio Equipment to Distributor and their channel partners.
  • Having clear fundamental on Sound and understanding of Pro Sound channel market.
  • Having the techno-commercial knowledge, containing awareness about the products trends in the industry
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Engineering and with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related position; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales management skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good work ethics - must be punctual and regular at work
  • Should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
