    We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in the accounting industry.

    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in human resource management, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

    The primary responsibility will be to manage recruitment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
    • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization to promote a positive work environment
    • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Organize and manage employee records and files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
    • Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts as needed to promote a harmonious workplace
    • Analyze HR data and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of HR programs
    • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent

    Requirements




    • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR management
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve HR issues
    • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent
    • Understanding of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements

    Salary:

    • ₹3,00,000 to 5,00,000
