    Job Overview

    We are looking for a skilled Client Handling Support to join our team at Twixor in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Client Handling Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position and requires a mid-level experience of 2 to 6 years.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar Product Support/Client support role
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Proficiency in CRM software API and Basic Chatbot,
    • Knowledge of the IT services industry is a plus
    • SaaS Product Client Handling experience must
    • IT Software Client Handling experience.
    • MySQL, SQL Knowledge

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
    • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients and provide necessary training.
    • Handle escalations from clients and ensure prompt resolution.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful delivery of projects and solutions.
    • Familiarity with messaging channels such as WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram
    • Knowledge of digital process automation or low-code technology is a plus
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients
    • Manage client accounts and relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction

    Nice to Have: additional language skills helping address global markets

    Nice to Have: SaaS Product Client Support experience must

    Nice to Have: Application software CRM,and API experience must.
