    Job Purpose:


    The Marketing Lead for ISB Digital Learning is tasked with leading the development of an integrated brand strategy for the brands in the digital learning portfolio, ensuring alignment and synergy with the parent brand.

    This role encompasses brand management, marketing communications, strategic planning, and leadership to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.


    Job Outline:

    Brand Strategy Development:
    Formulate and implement an integrated brand strategy in line with the overall business objectives and vision.

    Synergy and Integration:
    Identify and leverage synergies with parallel brands in the ISB ExecEd portfolio.

    Budget Management:
    Manage the budget for brand and marketing communications initiatives, focusing on cost-effectiveness.

    Portfolio Guidelines:
    Develop portfolio guidelines that align with brand positioning and program-specific communications, distinguishing them from corresponding portfolios.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing verticals, product, and sales teams for consistency in brand and marketing communications strategy.

    Marketing Communications Plan:
    Develop and implement a marketing communications plan to support growth strategy.

    Performance Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze brand and marketing communications performance, making recommendations for improvement.

    Industry Trend Analysis:
    Track competition and industry trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.

    Stakeholder Relationships:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.


    Job Specification:

    Education:
    MBA/Master's in marketing with Strategy or Finance from a CAT A/B business school preferred. A Master's in communication is also eligible.


    Experience:

    • 46 years in brand building and marketing communications.
    • Overall marketing experience of years.
    • Experience in fastpaced, dynamic environments and working with crossfunctional teams.

    Skills:

    • Strong logical, analytical, and creative skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Deep understanding of crafting nuanced product marketing communications.
    • Proficient in project management across multiple projects.
    • Entrepreneurial, solutionoriented mindset with adaptability in complex environments.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Comfortable with multitasking and willing to work extended hours on select days.
