    Description

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in North Goa. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the holiday homes, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and providing leadership and guidance to the housekeeping and front desk teams. In addition, the Duty Manager will ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the holiday homes, including maintenance, cleaning, and budgets.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field
    • Minimum of years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on management and operations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds
    • A proven track record of success in managing hospitality operations, including budgets, reservations, and staff management
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hospitality software such as Opera, FCS, and Protel
    • Experience working in a remote location or with a small team is a plus
