Formulating budget for timely procurement of spares & materials.

Zero production losses due to material shortages

Generate MIS reports

Responsible for reporting the Purchasing metrics to the business including: cost, delivery on time, attrition levels, reject levels, payment terms etc. Preparation of cost forecast and budget information

% increase in internal customer satisfaction score

Delivery cycle time reduction

Reduction in number of complaints from internal/external customers

Facilitate cost reduction activities to reduce overall bill of materials costs
