Excel and PPT skills required to present to management CRM dash board and key business indicator
Build customer relationships with Existing Members
Manage customer communication both - Oral & Written
Resolve customer issues within TAT
Improve customer care by giving better service to the members
Graduate / Post graduate from renowned university.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, Managers, senior managers) to address customers needs
Communicating with customers to ensure a positive experience with the company's services.
Expand customer base by guiding team members towards up selling and there by impacting revenue generation
Experience is min 5-7 years
