Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding receivables from customers across various industries.

Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and disputes related to collections.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Oversee the entire credit cycle, including loan origination, disbursement, repayment tracking, and recovery processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Generally 5-10 years in loan collections, with specialized experience in home loans or mortgages.
