- 4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
- Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with Key Account Clients and key decision-makers in the industry.
- Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.
- Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.
- Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.
- Manage the transaction process end–to–end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures.
- Responsible for the individual/ team's P&L
- Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative, able to multitask, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent with MS excel, word and PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management
