EXP - 3 to 6 Years (Relevant - 2+Years)
Immediate to 30 days
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
Provide application support to end users and perform daily health monitoring, system capacity review and allocation of adequate capacity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and database issues.
Maintain Service Level Agreement documentation, SOPs.
Assist with Incident Resolution and user complains for L2 support.
Escalate problems and issues to relevant department/managers.
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
Level 1/2 application support experience is an advantage.
2+ years of hands-on experience in working with iScala ERP.
Ability to provide rotating 24/7 (after hours) application support depending on operational needs.
Experience in Hospitality industry will be advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work location: Pune.
Working hours: 24*5 support, Weekends - only on shift- night shift, in rotation
