Perform privacy gap and impact assessment on a periodic basis and maintain the PII data flow.

Hands-on knowledge of current privacy technologies for data mapping, cookie compliance, risk assessments, data subject rights, third party risk management, DPIA and/or consent documentation required.

Experience in managing privacy projects such as drafting privacy policies, conducting assessments against established privacy requirements, privacy impact assessments, privacy program design and implementation, privacy processes, subject access request, data breach notification etc.

This includes audit against section 43A of IT Act 2000, GAPP, ISO29100, other privacy laws such as Data Protection Act 1998, EU Directive 95, GDPR etc.
