Arcesium seeks an experienced

Principal Solution Architect

to join our Client and Partner Development team as a Forward Deployed Solution Architect. As a Forward Deployed Solution Architect, you will bridge the gap between Arcesium's platform and clients' business requirements. You will show the customer value quickly and turn insights into scalable and repeatable long-term solutions.

Forward Deployed Solution Architects work directly with Arcesium customer stakeholders and Arcesium product teams to solve sophisticated data problems in the investment management businesses.

What You'll do :
Guide customer top stakeholders (CTO, CDO) on the best ways to accelerate customer data strategy through ArcesiumDecompose customer problem into component parts, design scalable solution using platform capabilities as building blocksPresent solutions to customers verbally as well as written proposals, rich materials and illustrationsWork with prospective clients to define the scope and success criteria of PoC projectsLead various projects including Proof of Concepts, Implementations and beyondManage stakeholder expectations, highlights project risks and mitigations, and lead governance meetingsCollaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Forward Deployed Data Strategists and Product teams for project successThink critically to suggest improvements to the process, which may reduce costs, drive product innovation and result in increased sales conversionClosely work with client developers getting them up to speed on Arcesium's technical architecture, platform overview, hands-on API training, and data flow across applicationsPresent and discuss Arcesium's Technology capabilities in Sales conversations

What You'll need:10+ years of experience in client facing roles requiring a high degree on consultative and solutioning skills (e.g., client solutions, professional services and implementations, etc.), providing technical solutions and building and driving software developmentSoftware engineering background, with prior hands-on coding experience (preferred languages: Python, Java)Strong technology acumen, knowledge of engineering process, design knowledge, and architecture intelligenceSkills cutting across technology and financial domainAbility to drive cross-functional medium & large-scale projects, across business and technology domains; stakeholder management across levels is requiredStrong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationshipsStrong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholdersFamiliarity with cutting edge cloud solutions and data analysis techniquesMembers of the Arcesium Company Group do not discriminate in employment matters on the basis of sex, race, color, caste, creed, religion, pregnancy, national origin, age, military service eligibility, veteran status, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other protected class.
