Description

• Responsible for whole Recruitment Process from Initial Screening of Resumes to Final Selection of the Candidates as per clients requirements
  
• Responsible for Recruitment of the Junior, Middle, Top Level Executives across verticals.
  
• Conducting preliminary Interviews with the Candidates to ascertain there competencies and shortlist them after the Telephonic Interviews.
  
• Should have good knowledge in Naukri.
  
• Responsible for coordinating interviews and follow ups with both the interview Panel and the Candidates.
  
• Should have Strong analytical and logical abilities.
  
• Maintaining database of various skill sets.
  
• Source potential candidates on various positions in NON-IT industry.
  
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants' abilities.
  
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions.
  
• Should have target chasing attitude.
