Roles and Responsibilities:
Architects with desired Qualifications experienced Real estate Builiding

Residence & Commercial Industry but work done in Healthcare Hospitals clinics

preferred.

Expert in Gap Analysis (Greenfield & Brownfield)

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or similar preferable.· Master's Degree in Architecture or Design if required.
• Review, design & execute architectural and engineering plans.
• In-depth understanding of CAD, AutoCAD, Revit and latest softwares.
• Candidate should have adequate data base of supply chaindepartment in terms of Material procurement at best rate from themarket as well as Civil/Labour contractors who are willing to workPan India and help in timely completion of projects.
• Experience in designing, coordinating, data maintaining andexecution of Greenfield (i.e. Open land) and Brownfield (i.e. alreadyconstructed premises) projects of size between 10,000 to 1,00,000 sq. ft. specially in Healthcare.
• Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
• Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Ready to meet clients online/offline for first meetings
• Monitor the work of other Architects and make recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and help them interpret design specifications.
• Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Act as a mentor to new Architects and help them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
• Network and consult with various industry professionals.
• An impressive portfolio and several years working as a Healthcare Architect.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel Pan India for projects as required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
