    Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Client Acquisition : Identifyand target potential clients through research lead generation andmarket analysis. Conduct outbound sales calls emails andpresentations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain a robustsales pipeline to meet and exceed salestargets.2.


    Product Knowledge :
    Acquireindepth knowledge of the companys printing and publishing servicesincluding print materials publishing options and customizationcapabilities. Educate clients on thebenefits and features of our products andservices.3.


    Consultative Selling :
    Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client.
    Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet clientsspecific printing and publishing needs.4.


    Quoting and Pricing :
    Prepare accurate quotes and proposals forclients .Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure profitablesales.5.


    Order Management :
    Coordinate withthe production team to ensure timely and accurate orderfulfillment. Monitor order progress and communicate updates toclients.6.


    Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
    Address customer inquiries concerns and requests promptly andprofessionally.7.


    Sales Reporting :
    Maintainaccurate records of sales activities client interactions and salesforecasts. Generate regular sales reports formanagement.

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in sales preferably inthe printing and publishing industry. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent negotiation and presentationabilities. Selfmotivated and resultsdrivenwith a passion for achieving sales targets.
    Proficiency in using CRM software and other salestools.
