    Overview:

    The ResidentMedical Officer (RMO) MBBS plays a vital role in providing medicalcare to patients in a healthcare setting. As a frontline healthcareprofessional the RMO MBBS is responsible for monitoring andmanaging the medical needs of patients making critical decisionsregarding their treatment and ensuring the overall wellbeing ofindividuals under their care. This role is crucial in maintainingthe quality of patient care and upholding the standards of medicalpractice within the organization.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Conducting medicalexaminations and assessments ofpatients.
    • Formulating and implementingtreatment plans for patients.
    • Providingimmediate medical care to patients in emergencysituations.
    • Interpreting diagnostic tests andreports accurately.
    • Collaborating with medicalteams to ensure comprehensive patientcare.
    • Maintaining accurate and detailed medicalrecords of patients.
    • Advising and educatingpatients and their families about medical conditions andtreatments.
    • Participating in medical rounds andcase presentations.
    • Identifying and managinghighrisk medical conditions.
    • Ensuringcompliance with medical and ethicalstandards.
    • Assisting in clinical procedures andsurgeries as required.
    • Supervising and guidingjunior medical staff.
    • Participating incontinuous medical education and trainingprograms.
    • Contributing to quality improvementand patient safety initiatives.
    • Remainingupdated with the latest medical research anddevelopments.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • MBBS degree from arecognized medical institution.
    • Validregistration and license to practicemedicine.
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinicalexperience in a hospital setting.
    • Soundknowledge of medical principles practices andethics.
    • Proficiency in clinical diagnosis andpatient management.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Strong decisionmaking andproblemsolving abilities.
    • Empathetic andcompassionate approach towards patientcare.
    • Ability to work effectively in amultidisciplinary team environment.
    • Adherenceto patient confidentiality and privacyregulations.
    • Willingness to work in rotationalshifts and handle oncall duties.
    • Uptodateknowledge of medical advancements and bestpractices.
    • Certification in Basic Life Support(BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ispreferred.
    • Understanding of electronic medicalrecord (EMR) systems and medicaldocumentation.
