The ResidentMedical Officer (RMO) MBBS plays a vital role in providing medicalcare to patients in a healthcare setting. As a frontline healthcareprofessional the RMO MBBS is responsible for monitoring andmanaging the medical needs of patients making critical decisionsregarding their treatment and ensuring the overall wellbeing ofindividuals under their care. KeyResponsibilities:

• Conducting medicalexaminations and assessments ofpatients.
• Formulating and implementingtreatment plans for patients.
• Providingimmediate medical care to patients in emergencysituations.
• Interpreting diagnostic tests andreports accurately.
• Collaborating with medicalteams to ensure comprehensive patientcare.

• Advising and educatingpatients and their families about medical conditions andtreatments.

RequiredQualifications:

• MBBS degree from arecognized medical institution.
• Validregistration and license to practicemedicine.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinicalexperience in a hospital setting.
• Soundknowledge of medical principles practices andethics.
• Proficiency in clinical diagnosis andpatient management.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Strong decisionmaking andproblemsolving abilities.
