    Lead Conversion:

    Manage and convert walk-ins into closures.

    Attend walk-ins and facilitate the closing of deals with effective follow-ups.

    Team Collaboration:

    Attend revisits with team members and ensure successful closures.

    Collaborate with the sales team to maximize closure opportunities.

    Negotiation:

    Negotiate the terms of agreements and close deals in line with company policies.

    Ensure favorable terms for both the company and the client.

    Record Maintenance:

    Maintain accurate records of booking forms and details of visited clients.

    Ensure proper documentation for transparency and accountability.

    Sales Targets:

    Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals.

    Work towards and exceed the set targets given by management before the deadlines.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture strong customer relationships.

    Generate reference clients to boost overall sales.

    Reporting:

    Provide regular reports on sales activities, closures, and targets to the management.

    Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and improvements.
