Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to handle inbound/outbound calls for US-based customers.Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services
- Maintain proper call logs and customer records
- Foillow communication scripts processes compliance guidelinesEnsure high customer satisfaction quality standardsEscalate complex issues when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Versant score of 57 above mandatory
