- Create Bookings for OOG shipment on customer request
- Coordinate with Equipment team, VSA & Stowage partners to ensure faster booking confirmation
- Act as a point of contact for managing customer requested booking amendments.
- Ensure timely actioning of customer request to ensure enhanced customer experience
- Actively work together with the SPC Quoting team to ensure accurate pricing
- Act in line to manage TAT & quality on bookings
- Identify Customer specific Improvement areas – GCSS enhancement, Auto Booking tool
- Create solutions to bring in Improvements in Quote to bookings Conversions
- Provide analysis and conclusions for management decisions

SPC team manages issuing pricing quotes for Complex Dimension cargo. The team manages booking creation & Amendments for customer.
