    :

    Responsibilities:

  • Should have 10+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years of experience in architecture, development, deployment and scheduling of RPA and Digital solutions
  • Collaborate with various internal business units, technology teams, and vendors to identify, conceptualize, and deliver transformative automation opportunities.
  • Manage a Team of developers and analysts, also responsible for IT Project Management for RPA.
  • Understand business processes and requirements, design framework and solutions which automate or improve the existing process.
  • Work as a bridge between the Business and Technology Teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility and deploy automation solution.
  • Responsible for the timely delivery and quality of the solutions provided, also maximizing both qualitative and quantitative business benefit.
  • Drive RPA Projects by closely working with various Sunlife Teams (Platform, IT, Network, Server, Database, Security etc.).
  • Leading and managing a technical team.

    • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing RPA projects from initiation to closure.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with Agile and scrum philosophies and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Document Digitization solutions – Hyper Science, Kofax or cloud services from AWS, GCP or Azure ( These are all good to have and not mandatory ).
  • Knowledge of Lean process improvement practices desired.
  • Preferred project management certifications PMP, Prince .
  • Preferred AD01, APD01, ASD01 certification from Blue Prism.
  • Extensive knowledge of People Management, Team management.
