    Responsibilities:

    • Greetand welcome guests as soon as they arrive at theoffice
    • Directvisitors to the appropriate person andoffice
    • Answerscreen and forward incoming phonecalls
    • Ensurethe reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessarystationery andmaterial
    • Providebasic and accurate information inperson and viaphone/email
    • Receivesort and distribute dailymail/deliveries
    • Maintainoffice security by following safety procedures and controllingaccess via the receptiondesk
    • Performother clerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopyingtranscribing andfaxing
