- B.Com Graduation
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Lighting Industry
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible for growing new commercial accounts by demonstrating and selling lighting solutions to accounts of all sizes while continuing to drive revenue in our existing customer base.
- Travels throughout assigned territory to meet with prospective customers to solicit orders, or communicates with customers via phone.
- Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalogue, and emphasizes saleable features.
- Coordinate full sales cycle from initial prospecting to signed contracts through ongoing account management.
- Develops strong contacts and proactive relationships with channel partners and dealers/contractors ensuring open streams of communication.
- Investigates competitor products, promotions and sales strategies.
- Maintains competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
