Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and customization based on client requirements.
Provide expert guidance and support in NetSuite modules such as Financials, SuiteCommerce, and SuiteAnalytics.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor NetSuite solutions to optimize their processes.
Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite support professionals, ensuring efficient support processes and timely issue resolution.
Manage and prioritize support tickets, escalations, and system enhancements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business systems.
Stay updated on NetSuite advancements and industry best practices to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

7+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Consultant.
Proficient in NetSuite modules with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proven experience managing support processes and leading a support team.
Ability to work in shifts and ensure 24/7 coverage for critical support functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
NetSuite certification is a plus.
