Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sr Site Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sr Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of various projects in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. This is a full-time position requiring a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of industrial projects and construction processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of various projects in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Supervise and manage site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
• Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify and address any potential issues
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective construction strategies and plans

Responsibilities -

1. Execution of projects as per given drawing with the best quality work.

2. Assisting in material procurement.

3. Housekeeping, material management at site.

4. Preparing running bills/JMR/MB in given periods.

5. Prepare COP for the payments of vendors and labours.

6. Detailed drawing reading, estimation, preparation of Boq, MOC.

7. Infrastructure development work, like residential colony ,road work , Rcc structural work , Rcc

drain, industrial structures etc.
