- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in heat treatment engineering
- Strong knowledge of heat treatment principles and processes
- Experience in heat treatment of metals and alloys
- Familiarity with foundry and casting processes
- Knowledge of post-weld heat treatment (PWHT)
- Ability to design heat treatment processes to achieve desired material properties
- Understanding of materials specifications and requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Perform heat treatment processes on various materials used in manufacturing, such as metals and alloys
- Design heat treatment processes to achieve desired material properties
- Operate and maintain heat treatment equipment
- Monitor and control heat treatment parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and time
