    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive with a background in the co-working industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts in the co-working industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
    • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably in the co-working industry.
    • Strong knowledge of co-working operations, services, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
