· Drive Admission counselling and achieve targets for conversions and ensuring enrolment of toppers

· Student retention, fee collection, and focus on improving student feedback

· Increasing Productivity of team and Improving Quality of team output

· Conflict management and Improving accuracy of review mechanism

· Knowledge sharing (Training & Development of team members)

· Deploying best practices of other VPs at their centre and active participation in the cross-learning sessions as a community of practice.

· DPPs & Modules Planning and Distribution

· Student and Team Welcome Kits Planning and Distribution

· Test Conduction and PTMs

· P and L Management

· Utilization of resources-Optimizing manpower

· Internal and External Branding

· Facility Management

· Maintain external relations and liasoning in the city

· Data maintain - record keeping

· Adherence to all the academic, health and legal compliance necessary for smooth functioning of the centre.
